Our Arizona home is a 3 Bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (built in 2008). It is beautifully furnished and ready to enjoy with 2 pools close by.
Features of our home:
Outside is beautifully landscaped with plants, shrubs, cactus and trees. The back patio is stamped concrete, with a new outdoor kitchen including fridge, BBQ, sear unit and Bar. Jacuzzi hot tub, fireplace, fountain, patio heater, table and lots of comfortable seating.
Inside features include amazing furniture with a southwest theme. All rooms have high quality ceiling fans. Bedrooms have top of the line beds, linen, including TVs with remotes in each room. (Master has king bed, queen beds in other bedrooms)
Kitchen is fully stocked including the latest large and small appliances. Kitchen Bar has southern iron bar chairs and includes a laptop computer and a ‘Magic Jack’ VOIP phone that offers free phoning/long distance in North America. Dining Room table seats 8.
Living room has comfortable leather furniture with large flat screen TV and HD cable with lots of channels and a DVR.
The price is $650 USD per week or $2,200 USD per month. (plus $100 USD cleaning fee per rental period) A deposit of 50% is required in order to guarantee reservation and remaining due 30 days prior to arrival.
It is conveniently located close to shopping, The Duke Golf Course, Southern Dunes Golf Course, Harrah’s Casino and all that southern Arizona has to offer.
